we're always looking for new restaurants to try. we went to Zabb today and we'll definitely be back for more. The decor is so inviting, and there's soft jazz music playing in the background. Our server, Sa, actually came back and gave my dad a new bottle of beer, because she felt the beer wasn''t cold enough. She also brought me a new glass of soda, when she saw my glass was getting low. Antonio came and quickly took our empty plates. Now for the food. Appetizers are delicious. We had dragon rolls and konnisu, which is my mom's favorite. I had pad thai rice with fried tofu, which is really good. The portions are generous, and the price is definitely right. Desserts are yummy as well. I highly recommend the fried ice cream.

Place that tries to handle both Thai and Japanese food but struggles a bit with both. Have been here 2-3 times with family and has been mediocre each time - red curry, yaki soba, yaki udon and pad woon sen. Their pad kee mao is pretty good though.

My friend and I went for a date. The food was absolutely amazing, Tom kha reminded me a bit of Thailand it was beyond delish. Personally the Pad Thai was not my favorite, the flavors didnt harmonize with my palate, but my friend loved it. Everything else including the sushi , fried rice and tobiko was perfect!!

Finally ate lunch at Zabb for the first time. We arrived almost at the end of the lunch specials time. The place was busy but we were seated right away. I ordered the Ginger Sauce (usually my go to at Thai restaurants) with chicken. Also ordered was the shrimp with mixed vegetables. I always ask for the chili paste on the side and they brought out the tray with four chili/red pepper styles to choose from. The lunch special comes with salad bar. The salad was almost empty but they gladly replenished it for us. The ginger dressing was delicious and you pour the amount yourself. I was in Ginger heaven . I also ordered the miso soup which was hot and tasty with lots of seaweed wrap. Definitely will return.

Great Sushi lunch! Ordered one of the lunch specials (B3) which included the soup and salad bar. The soup (chicken noodle) was great as was the salad and the fried wontons. The bento box was great too! The fish was all very fresh and the spring roll was crispy and non-greasy. All the portions were ample. The staff was friendly and attentive. Good value for the money! I will be returning as this was my first time at this place.

Food and service was excellent the staff is very accommodating and pay attention to details. Its hard to find Thai food that is truly authentic most are variations of what the chef thinks is Thai but this is is as authentic as it gets and not to mention the portions are awesome I like to feel satisfied after eating and I was.

We love going to Zaab! We've been customers, pretty much since the day they opened. They food is consistently excellent. I have brought many of my friends there. I highly recommend this restaurant. They also have a really great menu with many different options to choose from.

I regret not taking pictures, but EVERYTHING was good, and the portion sizes were huge! My party had Krab Rangoon for an appetizer, it was delish. I had the green curry, it was perfect! Another dish was the seafood fried rice which was thoroughly enjoyed, and another dish was the sweet and sour sauce dish with chicken which had amazing flavor! Easily the best service and sushi in a non-luxury restaurant you will get in Broward County. Staff is constantly clearing plates out of the way, sushi is beautiful and generous and F-R-E-S-H! I make my own sushi on a regular basis and this stuff is very good. For the price, this place is awesome. The menu is diverse and the atmosphere is welcoming. Both Thai and Japanese options are available, and both are great for this price point. The sushi rolls are beautiful and delicious! They also make brown rice rolls upon request (which is great!) and do not add time to the order for it. Cannot say enough good things about this place, so worth it.

The service was mostly prompt since they all work as a team, but my server was very terse and hard to understand when he said one-liners. Regardless, the baby octopus salad was tasty and fresh, but the lettuce was left in one piece. I wasnt given a knife (As is custom in most Thai/Japanese restaurants), so I asked for one and was able to cut through the thick sheets of greens. The Koi Roll was excellent, but it didnt come with spicy mayo as advertised. I asked and got some, but found it odd that 5 of the rolls had orange masago and 3 of them had black roe. Ill try them once again and hope for improvement, although my overall experience was good.

I took my little cousin out to eat for his birthday and we had a great time, food was amazing, we had the tuna taro, Tom yum & Tom kha and fish burn roll. Yummmmy!!! Our server Mary made it even better. She overheard me mentioning it was his birthday, later she brought him some donuts tempura with a candle and we all sang to him. The yellowtail roll was simple, just the fish, which was tender and delicious. It was perfect. And basic. The soup was good. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but tasty. There was a LOT of chicken, which was nice . The pineapple fried rice was too greasy, and didn't have enough pineapple flavor, or pineapple. The mango sticky rice was the most lackluster dessert special. I've had some incredible expressions of this dessert. But all they did was slice a mango, which was overripe and had a funky aftertaste, and plopped down a half a cup of sticky rice next to it, and added some black and white sesame seeds. Not exactly creative genius, and definitely not delicious. Overall, the menu is quite large, and the staff is friendly, but not engaging. The ambiance is cool and dark, not romantic, more of a bar vibe. The prices were extremely reasonable, and you absolutely get what you pay for. The pineapple fried rice was a gigantic serving! Definitely enough for 2 meals. (Sorry no photo)

The crab rangoon was out of this world delicious, the pad thai was very good. I should have asked for a little bit spicier. The egg rolls, nah not so much ...kind of mushy and doughy. The service is very good and teas were very good and constantly being refilled.

I eat a lot of Thai locally in the DFW area and they all pretty much are the same. Good food, but not great. Traveling for work, we decided on Thai and thankfully, Thai Thyme which was right next to our client's office was unexpectedly closed, forcing us to find Zabb. We all unanimously agreed Zabb was GREAT. Every thing we ordered was delicious. Sushi, spring rolls, red curry, basil leave stir fry, and pad thai, all perfectly executed.

Service was good, just forgot a couple things, but easily overlooked.

Ordered the Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) to go. Received the order and noticed all the rice noodles were were mushed, no shape, worst of all, pork was raw nevertheless taste was good.

Called the restaurant to explain the situation and they were very helpful and apologetic. They made a new dish and gave us a free dessert for the troubles going back to the restaurant. Unfortunately noodles were again, mushed, but pork was fully cooked.

I only dinged one star because of the noodles, the service and attitude of the restaurant was great, they owned the problem and made it right. Thats great customer service which really counts nowadays

This place is So busy because they are So good. We ate here twice, first we took food back to the hotel. We had Beef Satay, Papaya Salad(which was so delicious) and a tasty Pineapple Fried Rice. They were efficient and very clean with their take-out, customer service was excellent. A few days late we dined-in for Sushi. Fresh Rolls of Tuna, Yellowtail, Eel and Shrimp Tempura were so great and they are doing everything right. I also had a Thai Tea Boba which was so good that I wanted another one. Thank you very much for feeding us amazing food and making us feel very comfortable!

Is ok place to enjoy Thai food in an ok ambiente. Sometimes tables can be too close to others and can be noisy, specially if there are families with children. But I go there when I'm on the area and u want thai food. Coconut soup is good!! And you usually don't wait to be sit.

My family and I recently dined there and our experience was amazing! The curries here are absolutely delicious, we had a selection of red, green, and Panang curries. I wouldnt recommend the green tea here as its not the real tea leaves but in a tea bag. Other than that, our server was very accommodating with our large party size and was able to get all our requests done! Amazing Thai food in the area!! Definitely visit!

This place is So busy because they are So good. We ate here twice, first we took food back to the hotel. We had Beef Satay, Papaya Salad(which was so delicious) and a tasty Pineapple Fried Rice. They were efficient and very clean with their take-out, customer service was excellent. A few days late we dined-in for Sushi. Fresh Rolls of Tuna, Yellowtail, Eel and Shrimp Tempura were so great and they are doing everything right. I also had a Thai Tea Boba which was so good that I wanted another one. Thank you very much for feeding us amazing food and making us feel very comfortable!

I guess you get what you pay for. The first time I went it was for dinner and I had shrimp with pad won soon (spelling?) It was a huge portion and it was GREAT. My friend had the most incredible appetizer. I think it was a blue crab roll. Everything looked good and the whole table, there were a dozen of us, all said their food was really excellent. Service was good.

Not enough time to review such a large menu before having to order. But the service and food was great! I will go back.

Our server was wonderful and so attentive, I cant remember her name unfortunately, maybe Jeanie? Either way she was wonderful. I can't wait to eat here again! My husband and I had some of the best, most tender calamari we had ever tasted, and the sushi rolls were creative and delicious: I had the Fish Burn, while he had the Crunchy Salmon Tempura Roll and the only reason we wouldn't order the same next time is that we are eager to try more of the menu. I also enjoyed the iced tea, which tasted like a fragrant jasmine, and the rice was particularly fluffy.

The staff was super attentive and our drinks were always filled, and though I could see them packing up many orders for takeout and delivery, we were served in very good time.

Everything we've ordered in the last two visits was wonderful. Very attentive staff. We even enjoy the background music that is unmistakably boot leg jazz renditions of classics.

Went here for a date night with hubby and the sushi was out of this world! We had the mango madura and spicy tuna roll with a sake mojito. We also had the miso soup and ginger dressing but we were so hungry we never took a picture hahaaa. The only thing is that we were forgot about. We sat at the bar and kept looking for our waitress because we were basically finished but we totally understand that it got busy after we arrived but she was no where to be found. We will be back though because the food was really good and we loved how friendly everyone was.

Everything we had (party of 5) was amazing! Tried a few different platters & they were all delicious.
I loved the Tom Kha soup, Gyosa pork, and the Stir fry shrimp with cashew nut sauce. It was my first time here, but my nephew and girlfriend go there often, and rave about everything they've tried.
Don't miss the dessert donuts with condensed milk sauce & powder sugar, are to die for! Service was outstanding and place was very clean. I will definately recommed it and will go back to try other dishes.

Been here many times for lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly and so welcoming. Today we stopped by for lunch. Ordered B1 comes with chicken pad thai, edamae, soup, chicken satay and a few pieces of sashimi. A lot of food for your buck and it was yummy. My daughter ordered wonton soup and it never disappoints. Love the fried garlic on top makes the soup smell so good! Thai iced tea is fantastic it's a must when we come. Great place!

My normal sushi place wasn't open so I tried Zabb out and holy smokes, I was not disappointed! I ordered some standard sushi I'd normally get and went out on a limb and tried their chicken katsu roll (insert chef's kiss) which was exactly what I needed in my life! 10/10, I'll be trying more of the menu soon!

Good is ALWAYS amazing and yes the staff is very friendly. My only thing is if you are calling around dinner time to place a pick up order they will let the phone ring. Sometimes you have to call a couple time before someone answers. That being said the staff is so friendly and the food is always top quality .

If you order your food spicy be ready for a lot of heat, they use a lot of chili pepper, so choose your spice level accordingly. The dishes are very flavorful!

Omg, this place is amazing! The servers are so polite and on point! The food is top quality and reasonably priced. I love this place! I'll never understand the South Florida connection between Thai and Japanese food but this place knocks it out of the ballpark! When I first arrived to Florida 5.5 years ago I was in disbelief that I would no longer get good Asian food . I tried a few places only days after my arrival . I was not pleased by most of my options being that there were many more in N.Y.C .
As I was dropping my daughter off she wanted so good Asin food . So I googled a few places and Zabb was one of the options .
As I walked into there establishment, I was instantly greeted with honest hospitality. I thought I walked into one of my NYC favorite restaurants.
As I began to try the food , I was amazed by the flavors as much as the service .
So here I am only days later after my first visit. If your looking for great food and service then this place food and hospitality is very exquisite.

I have tried Thai food across many states in US and haven't liked the flavor everywhere. Zabb Thai & Sushi is literally the best Thai food in South Florida! Their Basil Thai Fried Rice, Thai Iced Tea and Mango Sticky Rice is delicious. Service is always amazing and fast.
